God the stock photos for this dress are just so awful LOL. It is much cuter in person and has lots of adorable details and (as with every MAM piece I've ever seen) good quality construction. I'm letting it go to raise funds for a wishlist dress. Worn once by me and I think once by the previous owner.
For some reason the plus size version of this dress isn't listed on Lolibrary, so I'm linking the CD Japan entry here. The maximum is the absolute farthest the elastic will stretch and I would recommend being no more than a 127-128cm bust for it to be flattering and comfortable.
