About $45-$55 due to the weight of the item. I would refund you the difference if it ended up costing less, however. It would cost $66.50 to ship in a medium flat rate box.

I would say 30” is the max stretch :( shipping to Canada will probably be about ~$25 but I’ll double check and reply again
