I love her and I am hesitant to let her go, but I don't wear it enough! Waist is fully shirred but I would recommend for a waist over 32 inches, just because the fabric is kind of thick and bulky. Fits me well at a 29 inch waist, could go as small as 24 inches (with waist ties) or up to 32 inches as mentioned before.

This is a very pure ivory with white AND ivory lace details, and a million ruffles. The ruffles could use a good steam! I say circa 2004 because I saw a VERY similar skirt in a GLB from that time, but I don't actually have the lolibrary link and cannot identify it exactly. Tagged as Cornet because Chocochip Cookie aren't listed, but I figure Cornet is a similar enough old school indie brand haha.
