This is a hefty piece by the Japanese indie brand Chocochip Cookie! It's a unusual mix of old school with a dark flair similar to Violet Fanes aesthetic. It's a great piece from a indie brands that's been around since the GLB days and been featured in it!
I'm letting this piece go since I have limited space so I really can't keep anything that I wouldn't wear immediately! I was thinking of altering it to a skirt which I realized is a horrible idea but I consider that a sign. Please give this piece a good home were it can be worn and loved!
I tried it on and washed it, but I haven't worn it out.

I would say that the measurements can definitely accommodate more since its fully a shirred piece. It candefinitely accommodate a 90 cm bust and 70 cm waist.
I have a cat that's not allowed near my wardrobe, but please keep that in mind before purchasing!
