Black custom order underskirt from Lady Chiffon on Etsy. Brand new, never worn. Will come with black ribbon as pictured in the first (not pictured in proof).

Sizing: This was made to fit a waist of 100cm, however it is actually fully shirred so it will extend pretty far and wide (though the bigger the waist, the short the fit). Measures approx. 25"/63.5cm.
