All of my personal lolita clothing is stored in a room they are not allowed to enter, but stray hairs still sometimes get transferred from my person. Please alert me if you are allergic, I will take extra precautions to avoid any contamination when packing sale items. ☆ Items sold are either freshly laundered, or have never been worn. Items which have been difficult to clean will have additional details listed in their sales information as necessary. ☆ RAD factory-manufactured clothing items are stored separately to privately owned items, so they have not been exposed to our cats. RAD accessories and jewellery which have been handmade may have had some exposure to our cats and the above conditions apply. ☆ All items which may have had exposure to our cats will be extra-thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being sent out. Again, if you have a cat allergy, please alert me so that I can take extra precautions. ★ Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policies ☆ Returns and partial refunds will only be granted on RAD items which are in some way defective that was not listed or noticed upon shipping. Please check all listed measurements carefully to ensure proper fit. ☆ Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for personal sale items due to change of mind. Please view all measurements and photos carefully, and read description in detail for any flaws or damages which may be in evidence. ☆ Refunds for damages done in transit by postal carriers will be granted using insurance from the postal service.
