Pink Blouse- needs major TLC!

This blouse was lost in a move and it looks like my cats got a hold of it.
It you're looking for a project, this might be the blouse for you.
It has little stains throughout the blouse (nothing that I think couldn't come out with a machine wash or a tide pen, but I didn't want to take off the tag.).
Missing: two buttons and a waist tie, However, I was able to locate the buttons and will be shipping them.
I would recommend removing the additional waist tie.
Pink bows also missing.
It doesn't seem like this blouse would be a bad time investment but it doesn't fit me, so it's priced to sell!!
Also note: this blouse is really uncomfortable. It's extremely stiff. That may come out with a wash as well, but the sleeves are made out of some kind of crunchy chiffon.
