A high waisted red skirt that I purchased a few years ago from taobao.
I've only worn this a few times, and it's still in very good condition. I don't remember the name of the print, so I don't have the formal sizes, but it fits me at an 80cm waist, with room to spare.
There is shirring and ties in the back, so it can definitely go quite a few cm bigger, and probably a little smaller than 80cm. I included a worn pic, my height for reference is 5'3.
