This blouse from Chess Story is size S. I would estimate that it fits up to a 35" bust and 27" waist, though the waist is elasticated.

Two of the buttons have popped off, but I sewed them back on. There are two more buttons missing, but they are on the lower part of the garment, and stent noticable when wearing a jsk or skirt (in my experience). You can see the spots where the buttons used to be in the pictures.

Full disclosure: I do have a dog!! But this blouse has been washed again and wrapped in plastic to make sure it's clean before shipping out.
