My animals are not allowed in my closet, but animal hair has a way of getting on clothing regardless. I will lint roll the item prior to shipping , but I cannot guarantee that there will be no hair on the item. My home is smoke-free. I do my best to notate the damages to the item. I will not consider complaints about damages or issues that are stated or mentioned in the item description and/or are visible in the listing's photos.
