Hi, I can probably ship the skirt for 8,25 USD (only in a plastic bag - I wouldn't recommend it) or for 11,25 USD in a safer carton packing. A tracking number is included and it is possible to add an insurance for 2 USD extra fee.

I am sure. The German post makes no difference between a letter to Europe or to world. The price is always the same.
