I’m the second owner of this skirt. It’s very beautiful but not really my style, so I never had to wear it. I just tried it on twice.
The size is M and the measurements are:
Waist: 65-77 cm
Length including lace: 63 cm
It has shirring on the back. 
The fabric is satin, not cotton.
