This skirt has multiple small stains. I circled every single one I could find, just to give a clearer image as to what the damage is.
On the 7th image I have tried to show the damage on the belt as best as I can.
It has a built in petticoat, though on the pictures there is a small petticoat underneath as well.

The stains on the belt, is it from the color of the fruit bleeding or was it from a drink?
