I received the dress with one of the buttons for the waist tie separate from the dress and one of the buttons for the shoulder straps very loose (see pictures). Other than that minor damage dress is in very good condition. I don't have any means/know how of sewing the waist tie button back on but it will be included with the set. Measurements are:
Bust: 88-98 (can go larger from full back shirring, no more than 110cm I think)
Waist: 68-78 (can go larger from full back shirring)
Length: 84.5+3.5
