Hello! This F+f blouse is fully shirred. Can fit from US size 10 up to US size 20.Can be worn off shoulder. It is labeled as white, but has a very slight greyish tone to it.
Difficult to capture tone on camera because it is not noticeable unless next to true white. See pic with bunny ear for comparison. Same front and back. Lace is not scratchy. Light cotton material.
