A gorgeous OP by the defunct brand Excentrique, originally released in 2010.

This marvelous OP features a row of functional hooks at the front, as well as boning in the bodice and corset lacing in the back. The low neckline makes it highly versatile as well, especially if you layer a blouse underneath. The skirt portion is long and voluminous, and can look lovely with a modest petticoat or a very floofy one, if you prefer a lot of poof.

I have bought this OP secondhand and have worn it once, but I've decided to let it go because it's sadly too classic for my taste.
The elastic in the sleeves is a bit loose and likely needs to be replaced, but this doesn't take away from the OP's beauty whatsoever. Otherwise, it's in a wonderful condition.
