I bought the skirt brand new in a lolita store in 2014 I've only worn it out once, I love this skirt so much it was my second lolita purchase but now it needs a new home. The tights were given to me also purchased new at the ap store in SF only tried on twice, never worn out. It's missing the red ribbon used as a waist tie, but the waist is entirely shirred and the skirt should fit up several sizes. The skirt also has a sewn in petticoat, I personally wore it with an extra one underneath but it helps add volume without having to wear several petticoats at once.
