Chantilly blue and white diamond check OP

bought second hand, only tried on once for less than 1 min. As the second owner of this dress, I can't promise it's brand new eventho I never wear it outside. but it is in excellent condition and I would believe if someone tell me it's brand new.
too many dresses in the house so I never get to wear it, hope someone can give this dress the love that it deserves.
