Chantillic Shirring OP

I'm preeetty sure this is the 2013 version. I bought it second hand off of wunderwelt. It did not come with the detachable bows. Otherwise it is in fantastic condition. I've never worn it,  because I have too many dresses just like it honestly. It is a solid black color. The lighting in my room makes it look a little brown.  Ships same or next business day via ups
