For sale is the St. Augustine Abbey Stained Glass Skirt in Navy by Cel. I am the first owner and only wore it once. There is no damage that I can see. It is clean and comes from a smoke-free home. The waist tie is a separate piece. I have it tied around the neck of my mannequin in the pictures. The skirt is pleated and has elastic in the back for ease of fit. It is size L and lolilibrary says it fits 70-80cm waists, but it stretches bigger because of the elastic because I was able to wear it when I was a US size 10. Shipping is by Priority Mail.
