JSK is Sweet Rainbow Dollhouse by CCCat on Taobao. Waist ties are included. Dress was first purchased from nanajun here on LM. It is size L and in the Yellow colorway.

Size (taken from previous listing):

Bust: 98-108cm

Waist: 90-98cm

Dress Length: 93cm

Dress is in great condition. 

Damages: Pin holes in the inner lining of the bodice. Please see photos for more detail. They are not visible on the outside of the dress, therefore I'm deeming this dress in great condition. No Stains, no pulls in the fabric.

I don't plan to split these things up. I don't believe I'll use the other accessories in my wardrobe again and would rather see someone enjoy these pieces in full. 

Dress is very comfortable and has a built in petti. The skirt is very highwaisted. It's a wonderful dress, I've only worn it three times total, once out with a friend and twice at home. I love it but I think it might not be for me and what my future wardrobe looks like.
