All these informations are terms of sale and are written only to inform the buyer in the exactly same way. I am also a seller and do have a cat, etc. All the informations contained in this text in my opinion does not belong to someone.

I understand that, but when you copy stuff word for word, it doesn't seem like you are genuine and lazy. I'd prefer it if you used your own wording, instead of copying mine using copy and paste please, or I may have to report you for not being accurate and dishonest.
