100% polyester dress makes it resistant to fading and easy to maintain. This dress is a lolita staple, print is a super saturated and sweet with doll house themes. Generous back shirring makes this very size inclusive. Comes with two waist ties (original + cotton). No stains or noticeable defects upon close inspection. Purchased secondhand bnwt.

Can be easily remedied if you have a hemming machine or service accessible to you. It arrived this way when bnwt. Snag is in the built in petticoat, not visible when worn. You can also probably just snip it off with no visible consequence.
