Short sleeved blouse with back bow

I bought this to go with the dress of the same name from Thinkfly, but oddly they don't go that well together, as well as the buttons being a little fidgety as they are full round pearl buttons, not half buttons. I also found the collar a little short for my needs. As such, it has gone unused in my wardrobe since it was purchased. Sizing chart is as follows:
