Bought second-hand in seemingly new condition and worn max. 1-2 times.
Please
note that this petticoat is approx. 10cm shorter than a standard
petticoat so I'd recommend it for use with shorter skirts or additional
layers or items that have a built-in hard tulle layer.
The
waist elastic feels a little loose to me but the waistband has an
opening where the elastic can easily be adjusted or replaced.
