I never wore this myself, however there is some damage.  I do not know how it occurred as it was undisclosed to me, so apologies that I cannot give more information on it.  The outer main layer is in good condition; besides one of the waist ties having a pull, which is photographed, I found no damage to this layer.  The lining layer is another story.  The lining itself and the chiffon ruffle attached to it have several pulls in the fabric.  I do not know how this damage occurred; the only thing I can think of is if a cat got at it and the claws caused the pulls.  I do not have a cat, so I cannot say this for sure, but you might want to avoid this if you have a severe allergy.  I have photographed the areas with the pulls.  Obviously the lining is not visible when worn, although the ruffle is.  I don’t think this is overly visible unless you look closely.  You can also possibly work the pulls on the chiffon back into place. I have not tried.
