This piece is from Meta's older "Crown Label", it comes with a fully shirred waist band (it was not designed with waist ties or bows). I believe I may be the 3rd person to own this skirt but it is in good condition.
I have listed this skirt as a "plus size friendly" piece but I do not consider this "true plus size". The fully shirred waist maxes out at 102 cm and this version is considered the "miniskirt", so if you have longer legs, it will look very short on you and the volume of the skirt is minimal.
This is a lovely cotton skirt with a vibrant print but best for casual wear.

On the lower part of the headband (where it sits behinds your ears) there is some staining/discoloration, I have done my best to remove it but I received the headband in this condition so I'm not sure it's possible to remove completely.
