Unfortunately the stock photos from the time for this one are quite poor, however it has a fully shirred waist, no waist ties, and no additional bows.
Lolibrary lists waist measurement as 60cm+, and I'd say wouldn't fit anyone larger than an 85cm waist.

I have a cat, but try to keep him away from anything I'm selling. Unfortunately, he does know how to get into my wardrobe so can't confirm anything won't have cat hair on it.
