What's the condition like aside from the missing button? Does it come with a headbow?

Aside from the missing button it's in great condition. No staining or pilling anywhere and the ribbon isn't fraying or anything. It comes with four small detachable bows (two at the straps and there are two on the skirt) and then one larger detachable bow that's on the waist. I don't have the matching hair bow though.
