I purchased this JSK directly from Candy Bubble Lolita years ago. It was worn a few times, but has been taken care of. It's fun to wear and super lightweight, which is great for a hot day. Plus, the dress features Red Pandas are hanging out eating chocolate - what could be better?

Oh sorry, I just added the flat measurements to the auction. I had the max bust and max waist size selected in the drop down menu when creating the auction but I guess it didn't show it.
