fits up to a 27-28 inch waist. I'd say a 36-38 inch bust max. There's shirring in the back of the camisole and partial shirring on the skirt.  In good condition but keep in mind this is a 23 year old set, so it won't feel new. There are some loose threads. I might have missed a small stain or something, or a small rip in the lace - if that exists it is barely noticeable since on inspection I did not notice. I am pretty sure there is nothing like that, but please be aware there might be an overlooked minor flaw. Please only buy this if you understand the state or feel of vintage items. 
This set has been cleaned, but I would still recommend you clean it again when it arrives with you, as you should do with all things.
