Hello! Is the waist measurement the max? I'm trying to figure out if this is an older or newer version of the skirt as the new ones apparently have a lot of shirring!

Hello. I never wore this dress myself. I copy-pasted the measurements given on the website. I bought the skirt last year so I assume it's one of their newest designs. It has quite a bit of shirring in the back. More than the older designs.
