DAMAGED!!!!

Got this off JP mercari, thinking the solar eclipse looking pics wouldn't be an issue, but actually they hid so.... so many. It came in both faded and FOUL, the waistband especially yellow, so I gave it a wash with activated oxyclean and cold water to make it not as bad. Once I did, the wimpy elastic almost completely gave out--I felt the elastic die in my hands when I put it in the water bucket for handwashing--and the yellowing seems to be on the basically dead elastic now. There also was a yellow stain I can't quite see on the skirt anymore, but maybe I am just missing it.

I can NOT guarantee  that removing the elastic will make the yellowing problem go away, but it could be worth a shot.

Measurements: 100cm~110cm waist, given the condition of the elastic. It looks to be fed through a channel, so it should be an easy fix for the crafty types. I am not sure about fabric condition, I found my preferred cut and just want this out my house at this point!!!!

After the wash it just seems old/faded/yellowed waistband, but honestly there could be more wrong with it I am missing, just looking at this skirt makes me mad lol

I can ship this outside the US, but I do not think this skirt is worth the cost given its condition to be honest (normally it's 30+ USD).....
