I was the third owner, flower clip was already missing.
Fits a German size 38 mannequin, with shirring still adjustable. And someone who fluctuates between 38/40 in measurements. See reference link.
Can add the flower that I intended to craft into a substitute brooch!
Noted Flaws:
-Some skirt-bows look more worn/gwaned out and
-Decorative lace at the bust tends to fray ( can be further cleaned up with pinking scissors)
-Shirring eyelets partly stretched
-Needs ironing
Excuse my sad tying and lacing skills, I normally have help for with it.
