I’m the original owner and purchased both the skirt and otks from Disney Japan in 2015.

The skirt is new with tags, but does have major wrinkling due to being improperly stored in a dresser.
I attempted to steam out the wrinkles, but was unable to do so as seen in the close up pictures.

There is also a small snag on the front of the dress.

Due to these two problems, I am considering the skirt majorly damaged.
By purchasing the set, buyer acknowledges the severe wrinkles in the fabric and snag on the front of the dress. 

The otks are new without tags.

I do own a cat, but she is not allowed in the room where I keep my collection.
