Really lovely hat made out of a soft velvet-like fabric with lots of trim and decorated with a brooch. Buy now and you should get it before Halloween!

Please note that the fabric they used to circle the hat and create the bow in the back was left intentionally un-hemmed- so it frays and you may see lose threads. I think it was intended to add the witchy-ness of it. If it bothers you, you can put fray-stop (buy from any sewing store) along the edges of the fabric.
