This is a white-on-white damask print jumperskirt from BABY, The Stars Shine Bright. There is a tulle overlay on the skirt and sheer ribbon lacing on the front bodice of the dress. The back of the jumperskirt has a panel of elastic shirring. Detachable waist bows. The shoulders straps can be set at 1 of 2 lengths.
