Baby the stars shine bright velvet op with detachable bustle. This was a gift from my ex which she purchased in 2006. Fully shirred. Fits me at 120cm bust and 110cm waist. It's just too short on me. It's in great condition,  I don't see any flaws in it and never wore it. It's been stored and just needs a lint roller and dry cleaning to straighten out the lace. Otherwise no flaws that I can see.
