Important:

My local post office had raised their shipping fees to below 1kg and 1.01kg to 2kg range. The 1.01kg to 2kg category's shipping fee is very ridiculous and I do not have control over this. Please do not haggle over shipping fees.

This is NON nego. Note that a JSK with packaging usually will be above 1kg. I may do a partial refund if my local Post Office decides that the final shipping fee is lower than expected.
