Selling the Twinkle Girl JSK and Headbow in Navy from Baby, The Stars Shine Bright. I bought it secondhand and wore it once. It is in very good condition. One waisttie button fall of and was sewn on again by me, but otherwise there are no damages. The fabric itself has golden dots all over it, they are not sewn on, but more like glued on. I handwashed the dress and it did not damage the fabric including the dots.

Is 100cm the absolute max it stretches? Do you think this could fit a 104cm bust?

I took measurements with the shirring completely stretched and it was 50cm flat. So unfortunatly, I don't think the dress will fit a 104 cm bust.
