It's newly cleaned, but I've decided to part with it. No flaws that I've seen, other than a slight worn feel (this is an older piece) Plus size friendly, back has full shirring and front has a panel of shirring as well (about 115cm max bust and 100cm waist max see lolibrary link for minimums). Straps are shirred, which is great for taller lolitas or busty lolitas who need a little more length. BUYER PAYS FOR SHIPPING COSTS. I ONLY SHIP INSURED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION TO QUALIFY FOR BUYER PROTECTION. Within the US: Priority Mail within the US: $12.65 + insurance + signature confirmation. This is extremely pricey, so this is the main reason why I prefer to ship within the US. If you are willing to pay the cost for this, I am happy to ship overseas. However, I can’t afford to lose any money due to lost packages. I also do not mark items as a gift or lower the value on custom forms. Shipping to Canada is a total of $50.75, and elsewhere about $70.25.
