btssb scallop hem jsk in black with wizard of oz applique.
The dress has received a new zipper and the elastic shoulder straps have gotten new elastic as these were completely stretched out. Worn once for few hours at home, cleaning out my closet so decided to let this iconic piece go. I have spotted no other flaws, but please keep in mind it is still a secondhand product, thank you :-) the waist ties are included.
