Bought second-hand and worn a couple times. Damages include wrinkling of the lace, some bleach(?) stains on the back of the skirt part and a loose thread. The elastic on the sleeves have also been stretched out due to storage. 
Lolibrary doesn't provide measurements so these are amateur! (I've had someone with bust 94cm waist 85 cm fit this comfortably) Back is fully shirred.
Bust: can probably fit up to 100 cm
Waist: up to 90 cm
Skirt length: 63 cm.
