BtSSB Tartan Skirt (damaged!)

Old tartan skirt from BtSSB, I think it might be the one in the Lolibrary link from 2005. There is some pilling all over the skirt, and I get the feeling that the pink is a bit faded. There are faint stains on the lace (pictures 4 & 5).
