Features old school style torchon lace and flocked dot tulle.
Waist is fully shirred, so it can fit a variety of sizes.

Condition is fair, bought secondhand with a strong feeling of wear:

• there are three faded stain 'areas' on the lace (hardly noticeable when worn) that I can see (see photos), there may be more stains or flaws that I missed so please be aware of that.
• It looks like the elastic in the bottom channel was replaced, probably by the previous owner at some point - the seam there has been ripped open. It doesn't affect wear and you may even want to replace the top elastic channel as well, but it's just a modification to take note of.
• The original stock images show a detachable waist bow brooch, it seems to be missing.
• The ribbon threaded through the lace at the bottom was missing when I purchased it, so I've replaced it with a similar sax cotton satin ribbon. You can easily remove this if you don't like it.
