This is a Tartan Check JSK by Baby, The Stars Shine Bright from 2012. Worn and washed once by me. It has back shirring and adjustable shoulder straps (three buttonholes to choose from when you button the shoulder straps to the interior of the back panel of the dress.)

Due to the back shirring and adjustable shoulder straps, this JSK can fit a range of sizes!

Here are the measurements according to Lolibrary:

Bust: 85-115 cm (33.46-45.27 inch)

Waist: 75-105 cm (29.52-41.33 inch）

Length: 91-95 cm (35.82-37.40 inch)

This JSK is in good condition overall, though the elastic at the top of the back shirring panel feels pretty floppy. You may want to replace it for the best fit.

I didn't iron it before taking pics but the cotton lace looks great when it is ironed.

According to the wash tag this JSK is polyester, but the lace is definitely cotton lace so idk what's up with that 😅
