Bought second hand, but it's only been tried on by me and never used outside.
This is the double breasted version and I can't say for sure that it is from 2006 but it's the only lolibrary entry I've found and I can't find any information about it being released after that.
It's in good condition, I can't find any flaws, but please note that I might have missed something.

The bottom lace is removable
