I bought this second hand a while ago but have not personally worn it. It is in good condition considering its age, it just has an overall old feel to it. I am unsure what this dress is called exactly, the closest I can find is the Petite Doll JSK. It is shirred both at the front and back, and has elastic straps so it can fit a wide variety of sizes.
