Used - I only wore it once. Purchased the dress secondhand. Waistties are included, no head bow was received with it, great condition. No stains that I could find. Lace is cotton crochet lace, straps are cap sleeves so it could be worn as a op if desired. Heavier weight fabric, and the print is in perfect condition. Fun old school neck straps, which I think are such a cute addition and I wish more dresses still had. Full back shirring! It is rather loose on me so I believe it could be nicely plus size friendly. Smoke free, pet friendly home. Wardrobe is high enough off the ground that my pets cannot reach and I do not handle animals when wearing, but do be aware I have a cat and two dogs, two of which shed hair. So please purchase at your own risk, though I absolutely will lint roll and wrap the dress before shipping to reduce contact with any animal hair.
