I am the second owner of this dress, but I only ever tried it on. The dress is in great condition, with no damages to speak of. The back is fully shirred, as are the sleeves, and the dress features neck ties and detachable waist ties. 

Measurements: I'd recommend between 85-110 cm for the bust, and between 78-104 cm for the waist.
